Gotta love Japan! Every year, Maiwa Electronics hosts The Stupid Robot Contest to determine whose robot is the silliest.
The contest rules are simple (and brilliant!):
1. It must be mechanical
2. It must be completely useless from a societal point of view
3. It must make people laugh
